This breakfast (or anytime of day really) smoothie is bursting with colour and nutritional value. It gets its gorgeous colour from the combination of our liquid gold blend, pineapple and mango!
It is the perfect grab and go breakfast for the active ones as not only do the vitamins from the fruit aid in keeping your immune system supported, the turmeric is known for its anti-inflammatory properties that can help aid recovery post gym, run or cycle.
Adding a scoop of your favourite protein powder ramps it up a notch and keeps you full until lunchtime!
- 100g frozen pineapple
- 100g frozen mango
- 200ml coconut milk
- 1 tsp liquid gold
- 1 scoop (30g) of protein powder (optional)
Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until desired consistency!
