Chilli Chocolate Breakfast Bowl

Created by a great friend Anna Cochrane, who owns THRIVE pilates studio in Wellington and is just as much a nut butter and chocolate addict as I am.
Ingredients
- 1 banana (frozen)
- 1 tsp liquid balance
- 1 tsp cacao powder
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- 100-200ml of milk/water
- 1 scoop (30g) of vanilla protein powder (optional)
Decoration (optional)
- Cashews
- Walnuts
- Goji berries
- Chia seeds
- Raspberries
Method
Probably the easiest thing in the world to whip up... the hardest bit is choosing the toppings!
- Grab a blender, soup blender or food processor.
- Chuck everything in.
- Blitz and blend.
- Pour into your favourite bowl and decorate.
