How long should I expect to wait for my order?

All orders are shipped within 1-4 business days, we do not ship on weekends or bank holidays. Depending on the shipping option you chose you should expect your order to arrive within the following time frame:

UK Royal Mail 2nd class - 3-5 business days

Next Day Delivery (ordered pre-12pm) - 1 business day.


Due to the nature of our business and products we sell, items that expire sooner than 1 month from the date of the purchase are not eligible for a refund. For any other items to be eligible for a refund, please return the purchased to us within 14 calendar days of the purchase. The item must unopened and in its original condition. 
If our products arrived damaged, or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement regardless of its expiration date. If you are unhappy with a product you’ve purchased please email us at with the order number in the subject line.Please note, that as a food product, we cannot accept items that have been opened/damaged.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or inaccurate?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. We do not require signatures upon receipt and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.For questions about your package, email us at with your inquiry and we will respond to you as soon as we can.
